Refund & Cancellation Policy

Praise is operated by Agilesh R, a sole proprietor (“Praise”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Pro subscriptions.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with Praise Pro for any reason, contact us within 30 days of being charged and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked, no conditions attached. This applies to your first payment and to any subsequent renewal charge — if a renewal happens and you didn't mean to keep your subscription, just let us know within 30 days of that charge and we'll refund it in full.

How to request a refund

Email contact@simply-build.in with the email address on your account. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Paddle.com, our payment provider and merchant of record, and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from Settings. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then your workspace reverts to the Free plan. Cancelling on its own doesn't refund the current period; if you'd like a refund as well, see the 30-day guarantee above.
